Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Construction Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the construction team in the planning, coordination, and execution of pharmaceutical facility construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and management of project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in the review and approval of project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in the coordination of inspections and quality control processes
- Support the construction team in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure project objectives are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
