We are currently seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Construction Assistant will work closely with the construction team to support project planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to effectively communicate with team members and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning and coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the construction team
- Assist with on-site inspections and quality control
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
