We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with experience working on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Construction Manager with day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitoring progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Assisting with budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Managing documentation and record-keeping for construction projects
- Providing support to the Construction Manager as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in construction or project management
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
