We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE within the Energy sector. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensuring all contracts are legally sound and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Monitoring contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations.
- Resolving any contract disputes or issues that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Managing vendor relationships and evaluating vendor performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in the Energy sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Law.
- Professional certification in Contract Management.
- Experience working in the Energy sector.
