We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Contract Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of contract management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions
- Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of contracts
- Maintaining contract files and documentation
- Monitoring contract compliance and deadlines
- Providing support to project teams on contract-related matters
- Communicating with vendors and subcontractors regarding contract requirements
- Assisting with contract close-out activities
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Contract Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
