We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Contract Assistant will be responsible for supporting the contracts team in the education sector. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract preparation.
- Assist in monitoring contract compliance and deadlines.
- Support in resolving any contract-related issues or disputes.
- Provide general administrative support to the contracts team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
