We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Contract Assistant will be responsible for supporting the contract management process within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration and a strong understanding of legal terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and customers
- Maintain contract files and ensure all documents are up to date and accurate
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Track contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines
- Assist in resolving contract disputes and issues
- Prepare reports and presentations related to contract management
- Provide administrative support to the legal and procurement teams as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
