Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee and manage all contractual agreements within our retail operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in contract management, negotiation, and compliance, along with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The Contract Manager will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, while optimizing financial and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts including vendor agreements, lease agreements, service contracts, and customer agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, legal, finance, and operations, to identify contract requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and enforce contract compliance, ensuring all parties adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in contracts.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate any potential risks associated with contractual obligations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and related documents, ensuring proper documentation and organization for easy retrieval.
- Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures to streamline the contract lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to staff on contract management best practices and compliance requirements.
- Resolve any disputes or issues arising from contractual agreements, acting as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries.
- Analyze contract performance and deliver reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal changes that may affect contract management practices within the retail sector.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
