We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Counsel to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the transportation and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate law, with a focus on transportation and logistics regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters related to transportation and logistics.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage and oversee legal disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and provide strategic advice.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Admitted to practice law in Dubai; additional qualifications in transportation and logistics law is preferred.
- [Random number] years of experience working as a corporate counsel in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations governing transportation and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
