We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Aerospace and Defense team in Dubai. As a Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters relating to aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, procurement contracts, and licensing agreements.
- Advising on legal and regulatory compliance issues related to aerospace and defense industry.
- Providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
- Handling intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
- Managing dispute resolution and litigation matters, including working with external counsel as needed.
- Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, with active membership in the Dubai Bar Association.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with at least 3 years in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and international laws and regulations related to aerospace and defense.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
