We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Operations Manager to join our Information Technology team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer operations strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage a team of customer operations specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in customer operations processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement training programs for customer operations staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer operations to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven track record of successfully managing customer operations teams and driving positive customer outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.
