We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the energy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the customer operations team, including customer service representatives and account managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to customer operations and implement necessary improvements
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement training programs for customer operations team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and operations management
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on customer operations performance for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or operations management within the energy industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
