We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Operations Manager to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, operations management, and telecommunications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of customer operations, including customer support, order fulfillment, and service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and operations staff
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to address any issues
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or operations management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
