We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
