### Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial products and services. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about financial products and services.
- Account Management: Assist customers with account-related queries, including account opening, maintenance, and closure processes, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer issues and work collaboratively with relevant departments to provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial products and services, including investment accounts, loans, savings plans, and insurance options, to provide accurate information to clients.
- Documentation: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are accurately documented in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Client Education: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and utilization of services.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and contribute to the continuous enhancement of customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and support organizational objectives.
### Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations, products, and services in the UAE market is advantageous.
