We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on protecting critical infrastructure and data within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the organization's networks, systems, and data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security of new technologies and systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and provide recommendations for improving the organization's security posture.
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with security policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in the energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Experience with risk assessment and incident response procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
