We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in the education sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our organization's information systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the organization's information systems and data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential threats and risks.
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and recommend security enhancements as needed.
- Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to staff members to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement security measures and ensure the overall security of the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
