We are seeking a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's digital assets and ensuring the security of our information systems. You will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats
- Design and implement security controls to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security of network infrastructure and systems
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies
- Provide guidance and support to staff on cybersecurity best practices
- Respond to and investigate security incidents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in cybersecurity
- Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
