We are seeking a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in the Agriculture sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our organization's digital assets and ensuring the security of our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our organization's data and information systems
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and address potential threats
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the implementation of security measures and protocols
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve our security posture
- Provide cybersecurity awareness training to employees to promote a culture of security within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in the Agriculture sector
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices
- Experience with cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
