We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deck Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a Deck Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and navigation of the vessel, as well as overseeing the maintenance of all deck equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the deck crew and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Planning and executing vessel navigation, taking into account weather conditions, traffic, and any other potential hazards
- Maintaining accurate navigational records and logs
- Overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper stowage and securing
- Conducting regular safety drills and ensuring all crew members are familiar with emergency procedures
- Monitoring and maintaining all deck equipment, including lifeboats, anchors, and mooring lines
- Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of all onboard systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- STCW certification
- Minimum [random number] years of experience as a Deck Officer
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in challenging conditions
