Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deck Officer to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. As a Deck Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all deck activities on board our vessels. You will work closely with the Captain and other crew members to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate deck crew members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain proper communication with the Captain and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain safety measures on board, including firefighting equipment, lifeboats, and emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the deck area to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with mooring and anchoring operations as needed.
- Keep accurate records of all deck activities, including maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Deck Officer on a manufacturing vessel.
- Valid Deck Officer certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in English.
