We are seeking a skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department within our healthcare facility, ensuring efficiency, quality of care, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other department managers and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and services
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the department, including patient complaints and staff conflicts
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the department and the healthcare facility as a whole

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
