We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Specialist to join our team in Sharjah. As a Senior Workforce Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workforce planning and management within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and development.
- Analyze workforce trends and data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance workforce performance.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Monitor and evaluate employee engagement and satisfaction levels, and implement initiatives to improve overall workforce morale.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce planning and management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
