Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Workforce Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, focusing on the education sector. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced professional who is passionate about enhancing workforce strategies and optimizing human resource processes within educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement, with an emphasis on fostering a positive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workforce Planning and Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive workforce analysis to identify current and future staffing needs in educational settings.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with the institution's educational goals and objectives.

2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier educational talent.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the institution’s visibility and appeal to prospective candidates.

3. Employee Development and Training:
- Design and implement training programs aimed at improving employee skills and competencies in the education sector.
- Foster a culture of continuous professional development for all staff, ensuring alignment with educational standards and practices.

4. Performance Management:
- Establish and manage performance evaluation processes that support employee growth and accountability.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and facilitate constructive feedback sessions.

5. Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gauge employee morale and implement strategies for improvement.

6. Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure that workforce policies and practices comply with local labor laws and educational regulations.
- Participate in the development and revision of HR policies to enhance operational efficiency and support educational objectives.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on workforce performance, recruitment, and employee engagement for senior management.

8. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and educational leaders, to understand their workforce needs.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management to facilitate effective communication and resolve workforce-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, human resources, or related roles within the education sector.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and educational regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
