We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for our retail staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for retail staff, including new hire orientation, product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics, including booking training rooms, arranging catering, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared
- Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually, utilizing a variety of training methods and tools
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants
- Work closely with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
- Stay up-to-date on retail industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Monitor and track training completion and compliance with training requirements
- Collaborate with external training vendors and partners as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or related field
- [6-8] years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
- Certified Trainer designation is a plus
