We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team in the financial services industry in Dubai. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs to employees within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials and resources for various financial services topics
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and relevance

Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus
