We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team in Dubai within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs based on the needs of the organization and its employees.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by providing training and orientation sessions.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training coordination, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
