We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE within the Construction industry. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs based on the organization's needs and goals
- Coordinate with department heads to determine training requirements and schedules
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-house and externally
- Collaborate with external training providers to source relevant training materials and resources
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives
- Maintain training records and track employee progress and development
- Provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training coordination within the Construction industry
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and learning management systems
