We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in the education sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on desktop systems
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement solutions and improvements
- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in desktop support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in desktop support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus
