We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the financial services industry and a desire to contribute to our company's growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the development team
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis
- Help identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Coordinate meetings and events related to business development activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (up to 8 years of experience)
