We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team in Sharjah. The Dialysis Technician will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the dialysis unit, monitoring patients during dialysis treatments, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare dialysis machines according to prescribed procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Administer medications as prescribed by the healthcare provider
- Educate patients about dialysis procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress
- Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of dialysis equipment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Dialysis Technician training program
- Certification as a Dialysis Technician

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
