Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dialysis Technician to join our innovative team in Sharjah. This position is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and telecommunications, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining dialysis equipment while also ensuring effective communication and data management processes related to patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis technology, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines and related equipment for patient treatments, ensuring all regulatory and safety standards are met.
- Monitor patient vital signs and dialysis machine functionality during treatment sessions, responding promptly to any issues or complications.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment data, progress notes, and any changes in patient condition, using telecommunications systems for data sharing and reporting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and nephrologists, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about the dialysis procedure, equipment usage, and post-treatment care, utilizing effective communication technologies.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis machines, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and assist in maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development programs to stay updated on the latest dialysis technologies and best practices.
- Assist in inventory management of dialysis supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dialysis technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in dialysis technology or a similar healthcare role.
- Strong technical skills with a good understanding of dialysis equipment and patient monitoring systems.
- Proficiency in telecommunications systems and software for patient data management and communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and safety standards in a healthcare setting.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist patients in mobility as needed.
- Capacity to lift and move equipment and supplies as required.
