We are looking for a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team in Sharjah. The Dialysis Technician will be responsible for providing direct care to patients with kidney disease undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate dialysis machines to provide dialysis treatment to patients
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper treatment
- Educate patients on dialysis procedures and provide emotional support
- Perform routine maintenance on dialysis equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Document patient care and treatment in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a dialysis technician training program
- Certification as a Dialysis Technician (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
