We are seeking a talented and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a leading construction company, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs to promote a culture of equality and belonging within the organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse workforce
- Conduct regular assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and resources to employees on diversity and inclusion best practices and unconscious bias
- Serve as a resource and advocate for underrepresented groups within the organization
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion and recommend appropriate actions to leadership

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or related field
- Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
