We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and will have a proven track record of implementing successful diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives that align with the company's values and goals
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to create a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Conduct regular diversity training and workshops for employees to promote awareness and understanding
- Analyze diversity metrics and provide reports to management on progress and areas for improvement
- Partner with external organizations and community groups to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts
- Stay current on diversity and inclusion best practices and trends in the retail industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
