We are seeking a talented and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a leading telecommunications company, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with the company's goals and values
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other stakeholders to drive diversity and inclusion efforts across the organization
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on diversity and inclusion best practices
- Serve as a resource and advocate for employees from underrepresented groups, including women, minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities
- Monitor and analyze diversity and inclusion data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making and track progress towards goals
- Stay informed of industry best practices, trends, and legal requirements related to diversity and inclusion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in diversity and inclusion management, HR, or related field
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and best practices
- Experience developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion
