We are seeking a talented and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within the aerospace and defense industry, and will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy for the organization, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Partner with senior leadership to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging
- Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure diversity and inclusion goals are integrated into recruitment, retention, and promotion processes
- Provide training and education to employees on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Monitor and analyze diversity metrics and report on progress towards diversity and inclusion goals
- Act as a liaison with external diversity and inclusion organizations and represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in diversity and inclusion management within the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
