We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Divorce Mediator to join our team in Sharjah within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conflict resolution, mediation, and family law.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication and negotiation between divorcing couples to reach amicable agreements on key issues such as child custody, asset division, and alimony.
- Provide a neutral and safe environment for both parties to express their concerns and work towards mutually beneficial solutions.
- Help clients navigate the legal process of divorce and ensure that all agreements reached are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the mediation process.
- Keep detailed records of all mediation sessions and agreements reached.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Certification in mediation or conflict resolution.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a mediator in divorce cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain impartial and neutral in emotionally charged situations.
- Knowledge of family law and divorce proceedings in Sharjah.
