We are seeking a skilled and experienced Divorce Mediator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Divorce Mediator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between divorcing couples to help them reach amicable agreements on issues such as asset division, child custody, and alimony.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet with divorcing couples to understand their objectives and concerns
- Facilitate productive discussions between parties to help them reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide guidance on legal and financial aspects of divorce proceedings
- Draft agreements and documents outlining the terms of the divorce settlement
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the mediation process
- Provide emotional support to clients during a difficult and stressful time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or related field
- Certification in Mediation or Conflict Resolution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Divorce Mediator or in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain impartial and unbiased during mediation sessions
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to divorce proceedings
