We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships between the organization and its employees within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on employee relations issues, policies, and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and conflicts.
- Conduct employee relations training and workshops to promote a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement levels and recommend initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
- Analyze data and trends related to employee relations and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
