We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Program Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our engineering programs in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline engineering programs and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of engineering programs.
- Identify and address operational challenges and roadblocks to ensure program success.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for engineering programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in program operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
