We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for selling event space and sponsorship opportunities within the aerospace and defense industry. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth through event space sales and sponsorship opportunities
- Identify and target potential clients within the aerospace and defense industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and corporate clients
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to secure event bookings and sponsorships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive attendance at events
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event sales, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
