We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As the Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through the planning, organization, and execution of retail events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event revenue and meet targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless execution
- Prepare and present event proposals, contracts, and budgets to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the event planning process
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
