We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The Exercise Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized exercise programs for clients based on their specific needs and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exercise science, physiology, and anatomy, as well as experience working with a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations for clients to determine their current fitness level and goals
- Develop personalized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs and abilities
- Monitor and track clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Provide guidance and support to clients on proper exercise techniques and form
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular exercise and healthy lifestyle habits
- Collaborate with other health professionals, such as nutritionists and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in exercise science and fitness industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Exercise Specialist through a recognized organization
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a personal trainer or exercise specialist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle factors that impact fitness
