We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Therapist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Family Therapist in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for providing counseling and support to employees and their families to help them navigate personal and interpersonal challenges that may affect their work performance and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with employees and their family members
- Assess the mental health needs of clients and develop treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support during times of personal or family emergencies
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop programs and initiatives that promote work-life balance and mental health awareness
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in family therapy and mental health counseling

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field
- Licensed or registered as a Family Therapist in Abu Dhabi
- [X] years of experience in providing family therapy services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of cultural and societal factors that may impact family dynamics
