Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Engineer Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Field Engineer in various tasks related to manufacturing operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. The Field Engineer Assistant will work closely with the Field Engineer to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Field Engineer in conducting on-site inspections and assessments of manufacturing equipment
- Support the Field Engineer in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with equipment
- Assist in the implementation of new manufacturing processes and procedures
- Provide technical support to manufacturing team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
