We are currently seeking a Field Engineer Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Field Engineer Assistant will provide support to the Field Engineer in the planning, execution, and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment and systems in the field. This position will be responsible for assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, conducting equipment inspections, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Field Engineer with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with customers to provide training and technical support on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical equipment and systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- [X] years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment and systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
