We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our transportation and logistics franchise in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in franchise management, and a deep understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Provide leadership and direction to franchisees to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess franchisee performance and provide coaching and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Manage franchisee relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all operational and logistical issues
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe and secure operational environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
