Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our healthcare franchise operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of franchise management, excellent operational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services. This role is critical to ensuring that our franchise network operates efficiently, meets corporate standards, and achieves business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Development and Support:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees, providing comprehensive training on operational procedures, compliance, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their operational performance.

2. Operational Oversight:
- Monitor franchise operations to ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

3. Performance Management:
- Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate franchise operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop action plans for achieving operational targets and enhancing service delivery.

4. Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for franchise teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare to inform training content and operational strategies.

5. Marketing and Brand Management:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that support franchise growth and brand recognition in the local market.
- Ensure that all franchise locations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image.

6. Financial Management:
- Assist franchisees in managing their financial performance by providing tools and resources for budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor franchise revenue and expenses, providing insights to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all franchise operations comply with local healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
- Identify potential risks within franchise operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise operations management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and franchise management software.
