We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Franchise Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Franchise Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our franchise locations in the region. You will work closely with franchisees to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as drive growth and profitability within the franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability within the franchise network
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise locations to ensure compliance with company standards
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational and financial matters
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in franchise operations management or a similar role
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a franchise network
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
